Skyliner vs Uber

Checking into Pop on 10/22 and will be going to DHS on the 23rd and 27th. Anyone with experience know if it would be best to take the skyliner or uber to make it there for the "unofficial" opening time? What time would we have to get in line for the skyliner? What time should we order a Uber? TIA

From what I can tell it's all up to what time you get in line people line up at the skyliner starting at 7:45 for the 9am opening of the skyliner
