Skyliner question

Will the Skyliner be open in order for guests to get to a normal AM EMH at Epcot?

Times Guide says it will open at 7:30, so if you leave Pop/AoA at 6:45, you should arrive right around the official start.

I’ve been at Pop for 5 days now and the hours have been a completely lottery. Sometimes it’s running early/late, sometimes it’s not. One day we were waiting for a bus and the sign said “use skyline” for Hollywood studios, so we walked to the skyline only to see a sign saying it was closed... extremely annoying.
For now I would rely on the bus for any time before 10am or after 10pm, because there’s a chance the skyline will be closed and the stations for the Epcot skyliner is very far from the bus stations, and the pop skyliner station is a good 10 min walk from the bus station as well.
