Skydiving

Hey guys,
Was not sure where to ask this question... so, maybe someone can lead me in the right direction.

We are dvc members at SSR.

Does anyone know where I can get information about skydiving at WDW?
DH is turning 40 this year and we really want to do something special for him.

You won't find skydiving at WDW, but if you have a car and are willing to travel I'm sure there are places within a reasonable distance. Not sure how far Deland is from WDW, but they had lots of skydiving at one point in history.

MG was correct that there is no skydiving at WDW. A close second might be parasailing from the marina at the Contemporary Resort. The company that runs the parasailing is Sammy Duvall's Water Sports. The operate daily weather permitting.

Darn, well I guess I was just thinking if there is parasailing, maybe the same company did skydiving and bungee jumping.

Skydive DeLand is about 60 miles north of WDW off of I-4.

You could take a ballon ride at DTD.

A somewhat easy drive across the Beachline to Titusville. They specialize in high tandem jumping.


Also if you decide to check out the DVC resort at VB there is a good jump center at nearby Sebastian Airport.
