Skyauction?

Has anyone won an auction for a bid per night at a hotel?Do you have any say as to room preference. like non-smoking or king bed? I would like to bid but don't want to be stuck in a crappy room. Thanks

We recently won a bid per night and were able to give our preferences for rooms. Now, we haven't gone yet so I am not sure if these requests will be honoured but we were able to make the requests. I haven't heard anything bad about skyauction so I'm hoping it will all go smoothly for our 2 nights pre-Disney Resort vacation.
