Skyauction Check In Question

We're heading to Florida on a Wednesday and leaving the following Saturday. Everything I find in Skyauction has a Friday or Saturday check in. If I buy two weeks, do you absolutely HAVE to check in on Friday or Saturday? Is it at all possible to check in five days late?

I can't answer you question but we often do a SkyAuction week and add on days. I use it as a time to do split stays, trying a hotel for just a couple nights or staying on property. I especially like doing it before our longer stay.

Typically timeshare properties have Friday, Saturday or Sunday check-in. Read all of the fine print. It may say which days are available for check-in, minimum stay requirement and early check-out policy.

I think as long as you tell the resort that you will be checking in on a different day, they will accommodate you. Since you are paying for the entire week, shouldn't matter to them as long as you let them know.

That's kinda what I was wondering. If I'm paying Saturday-Saturday, but only using Wednesday-Saturday, does it matter?

I saw something on one of the listigs that said something like 'stay the weekend or stay the week! The unit is yours for 7 nights' That makes it sound like you can pay for seven nights and check in whenever you want withing that week.

I have checked in days late for a Skyauction reservation with no problems. I called the resort on the day I was supposed to check in so they could put a note on my record.
