SkyAuction and Vistana

Hi,

Has anyone stayed at the Vistana Resort thru SkyAuction? What kind of unit were you given? I'm looking into different options.

I'm just returning from a skyauction trip to the Vistana. We requested Lakes or Cascades; we were given Lakes. It was nice as far as newer furnishings, although not up to my standards from a cleanliness standpoint. I guess I probably should have called housekeeping and had them come in and clean, but I just did it myself. Nothing major, just minor things like fingerprints on the mirrors, the kitchen floor needed mopping, the jacuzzi had a ring around it. Once I cleaned it I was happy with the villa itself. The Lakes section was nice for us as we have a little one who doesn't swim in water over his head, so he liked the zero entry pool at the Lakes.

I won my week at Vistana through Skyauction, we stayed there last week, I used the "Diamond Lane" check in and requested the Cascades section for early arrival at 2:00 pm, when we arrived both my requests had been granted. We really liked our room, very clean and had everything to help make us feel right at home (of course we didn't spend too much time in our room) I LOVED the whirlpool tub being right in the master bedroom, I could sit in it and watch TV every night after returning from the parks
