SkyAuction and credit cards

Ok, I am having a problem. I won an auction on 10/4 and confirmed and paid for it via CC. I have an email confirmation that I paid.

I am looking at my CC online statement and there is no charge for SkyAuction on it. It is now 10/12. This doesn't make sense.

Any ideas?

sometimes the computers between skyauction and banks do not "handle" each other, thus the charge does not go through

call them at 1-800-929-9929

they can usually manually push the charge through on their end ( we have had to do this in the past ) but if you are unsure, make sure you have checked with your card issuer to be positive the charge has NOT gone through

from past experience, they are very helpful at skyauction
 
my cc started a couple of months ago -not to have the current one showing.

I don't think there is any excuse for this - but that is their new policy.

make sure you are looking at a current statement (your current not there current)

if that is not the problem - then look for the exact amount - I think the cc says RCI?????
 
Thanks. I will give it a couple of days. I am most definately looking at my current bill online so it shows charges up until yesterday on it.

Just don't want to get down there and hear, "Well, sorry, but you didn't pay so now you can get rack rate or choose a different place!"

Ok, issue resolved. I went again to check right after my last post and the charge had gone through.
