My hubby always wants to do things himself so we never used sky cap until last trip. When the towncar (Quicksliver, very good by the way) dropped us off the Sky Cb man grabbed our stuff loaded it unto a cart and even checked us in. It was so great, the best $10 tip I paid the WHOLE trip. I loved it. I wanted to kiss the man. I can't belive we have been missing this all those years, especailly now that we have 2 small kids. That trip we also had my 13 year old niece to help. At the Detroit we had so much stuff that we had to push our luggage, and then go back for the double stroller (in line) the stranger behind us ended up pushing it for us. Sky cab would have been so much eaiser. Also does Sky cab always check you in? that was great.

We are flying Spirit.

Now we are going with both kids (6 checked luaggage, carry ones and a double stroller and a infant car seat that doesn't fit on the the stroller)and I don't know how we are going to do it with out help. We are renting a car. Will sky cab (or something like that) help you load your luggage onto a cart and take it over to the car rental desk and then over to the lot? If they don't what should we do? Is there carts you can rent? What would you tip for something like that? Also how do you work it when returning the car? I know we can't get all our luggage and the kids back from the parking garage ourselves. (we are using National, right on site.)

Thanks so much. Trying to figure out how to make this work with 2 little kids! (baby and 4 year old).

Thanks!!!!

edited to say that my husband just said it is called "Sky CaP" not cab. Shows how much I know.

When renting EA we have had the skycap take our luggage all the way over to the aisle. I give him at least $10.00 for a tip. It is worth every penny.....

I have never had them take the luggage to the desk, I guess they would do it, but you couldn't expect him to wait for you to get your car.
