Can anyone help? I won at Sky Auction, but they are not able to supply the dates that I have requested. I am not able to use any other dates, What are my obligations to them?

I think you will either get a refund or they will allow you to use that money toward another auction.

Email them. I have emailed them many, many times and always get a fast response.

My understanding is that they will not hold you to the arrangement because they can't forfill their side of that arrangement. However i would email them and I am sure they will clarify the position forthwith.
