If you purchase one of their auctions, will you be hit with resort fees at the resort that weren't disclosed on their website? Looking specifically at Mystic Dunes.

Skyauction sells timeshare exchanges for cash. According to the Mystic Dunes timeshare listing on RCI, the mandatory resort fee is $18.16 a day, which includes the tax.

Of course, Sky Auction and Mystic Dunes should disclose all fees, but we all know how that goes. These junk fees have spread far and wide.

By the way, Not every timeshare charges fees like this. Wyndham does not, while Disney charges $190 a week.
