No, it's very different.
I wouldn't go that far. I'm fairly certain it will be fairly similar, but with a few more atmospheric flourishes. And, fingers crossed, a new Kong AA.

Orlando informer reported a June 23 blackout...speculates that is grand opening. Any thoughts?
things like complimentary tickets for employees, some of the VIP tours, things like that. They are showing available on the 22 and 24....but blacked out the 23rd. (I know its a HUGE leap, but its something, and the timeframe, although disappointing for me, fits). I'm still crossing my fingers that we'll be able to catch a ride while we're there June 3-17th.What kind of blackout?

Orlando Sentinel article about the Kong vehicles and some of the characters that will alternate (it looks like the ride is going to have variants, it won't be exactly the same every time)
