im taking a solo trip down in February and I just saw a preview menu for this restaurant. I already have a meal planned for my MK day, and the food here doesn't quite seem my style, but the article did mention that there is a specialty rum drink available. Does anyone know if there will be a bar-type area here where I could stop in and check out the atmosphere without having to get a full meal?

I ate here on a "soft opening"..there was no bar area. It is 3 separately themed dining rooms and is currently walk-in only. No ADR

There is NO RUM drink. The restaurant serves no alcohol. Therefore there is no bar.

The drink you might be thinking of is the Spiced RIM. Served in a mule mug you keep. (photo below)

There are lots of small tables and when we went there were solo diners there.

We actually had only dessert and a drink, so we could check it out.
