SkillJam - Anyone else get an email?

Did anyone else get the following email from SkillJam?

Due to Illinois state legislation against skill-based gaming, SkillJam will no longer offer cash prize tournaments to residents of Illinois.

Consequently, we are forced to close your SkillJam account. We ask that you cash out any remaining withdrawable funds from your account by no later than April 30, 2003.

What makes me SO mad is that we have lotteries AND casino gambling in Illinois. Isn't Poker or Blackjack considered skill-based gambling?
I was wondering if anyone else in Illinois was notified about this. Now I have to wonder about Pogo, Gamesville, Slingo, Funbug, Uproar, TreasureGames, ZebraGames, etc. Are all of these closed to Illinois residents?

Well, since I have to bump this, I'm wondering if there ARE any other disboarders from Illinois who played SkillJam. Or if I was the only one to get the email. Hmmmmm.
