Size of Swan rooms

How much bigger is the swan rooms than an all stars room (music)?

Does anyone have square feet?

I believe the swan rooms are approx. 360 sq. ft. and the all stars are approx. 260 sq. ft.

Don't quote me, but I think the Swan *might* be 340 square feet.
