Size of Park Vue bunkbed suite vs. BWPPI mini suite?

These two hotels are currently my top contenders, but I'm hoping to get a bit more info so I can decide. I like the Park Vue's reviews the best, and their free food options would be great for us! However, their queen + bunk room looks pretty small in the pictures. Anyone with experience with that room able to compare the size to the BWPPI mini suite?

I haven't stayed at either place but I remembered looking into both rooms before we booked at another hotel. We called both hotels and asked the square footage of each room and from what I remember PVI was very small. We even asked if the room with 2 queens was larger than the queen/bunkbed room at PVI and the person helping us said it was. It seemed like BWPPI was roomier. So you if you are really worried (like I am) you could just call the hotel directly and ask them square footage of the room you are looking into.
