Size of freezer at POFQ?

We're planning to stay at POFQ. Is the freezer part of the refrigerator large enough for several large ice packs? (I've had an ankle implant recently, and I will need ice when we return from the parks.) Thanks!

We were there in April & we had a fridge but there was no freezer.

They are small, about all you can fit in them are maybe 2 16oz bottles of water.

Thank you for the responses. I guess ice in a towel will have to do.

You can buy reusable ice bags at Walgreens, they are waterproof. The lid twists off and you fill the bag with ice. Hope you can find one. The old fashioned hot water bottle would work too.

Take some Zip-Lock bags and fill with ice from the ice machine.

As others have said, there is no freezer compartment in the refrigerator.

Hi!
Newbie to the boards but my 2c.
Stayed at POR, same fridge.
When we arrived we loaded the fridge with pop, water and BEER. Next day nothing was really cold so I turned down the thermostat.This can be tricky as there is no dial. I see this fridge above, the dial seems to be removed, but ours had a flat black dial with no handle. anyway, seems I went TOO far and by the time we got back from the parks, 2 cans of pop had exploded, water frozen, beer OK but REALLY cold and froze when opened If you dont plan on keeping anything but ice, this may work for you. Oh, and closer to the back the better, the door seemed to not be as cold.
