Size of Beds in Disneyland Hotel??

We are booked to go in October.......so Excited!!
Have booked a CC room with two double beds..now wondering if the beds are large enough? I Know it says doubles but are they american doubles??>>ie.BIG?
MY DH is 6 ft 5 and not used to anything less than a king sized bed. Any thoughts??

We have never stayed at CC but 3 times in regular DLH rooms. IF you have a room with two queen size beds and you are only 2 people in the room you will have a big bed for yourself! Even if you look like Roseanne!

And one time we had a room with a king size bed. And the King Size bed is big enough for two people!

But if I could choose I would take a room with two queen size beds! (If you are only two adults!)

the beds are 5ft beds apparently.. but they just seemed like 4ft 6 beds to me

i'm not sure if they're the same ones as in the New York, presumably they would be, but when we stayed here the beds felt quite a bit longer than an average bed (im only 5ft 4 and the end of the bed felt much further away!)

Our room had 1 bed and it was a really good size. There was enough room for 3 pillows across it and me, dd (2) and DH (6'2) had loads of room to spread out in it. the bed was actually more comfortable than my own bed at home!!

if you have one bed in the room.. its a kingsize bed which wiill be a 5ft or 6ft bed
I called the hotel and they told me the size of tbe bed in inches in the disneyland hotel.. for the room with two doubles
it was just over 5ft..
having said that.. i dont think it was in our room!

We had 2 double beds in our room. They were spacious enough that my 2 children easily shared one and my husband and I shared the other.
My husband is 6'2" and didn't have any complaints about not fitting.
