We reserved a minivan with them this summer. Tried to pick it up an hour after our reservation time (travel delays) and were told they didn't have any vehicles left. It was only 2pm! We had 4 people plus luggage but said we would take a regular car, even pay the minivan rate, but they said all cars were gone. Then they offered a Mustang for twice the cost of the van...um did I mention 4 people plus lots of luggage! Then she said they had a full size van for $75 / day-- I said fine, we'll take it. She rang it up for a total (without insurance or any add ons) of over $800 for 5 days!?!? I pointed out the discrepancies in the math--she said that's the cost, take it or leave it. We left it.

I used my phone to book a full size at Enterprise for pick-up an hour later and hopped in a cab. If you use Sixt, don't be late, and have a backup plan.
