Really liked AKV, but it is a longer bus ride. The rooms are dark, but very much in the "theme" of Africa, at least to me. I really like the second bathroom in the 1 BR unit. We had a car and only took busses to the Magic Kingdom. It was very convenient to drive down Sherberth Rd. to the restaurants and stores. I would stay there again, maybe next year, since they can sleep 9.
Can't beat the location of BLT, we like it here, too. Actually bought points here before we even toured the model last year. Not crazy about the 10:10pm showing of the Electric Water Parade. Also, when the upstairs residents use their jacuzzi, we can hear, very loudly, the jets going, and the water draining. Seems like it isn't as quiet as other places.
We did, however, just walk back from the MK, while everyone else was waiting for a bus.
