Ok, here we go...
We started driving down there at about 12:00. Then, about an hour later, we came across an airport.
Then, we got stuck in a lot of traffic
Then, in about an hour or two more, at 3:00, I saw victory...
That's when I started spazzing[= I had to have taken like 20 pictures. Two of them were of Kingda Ka...
And then I decided I would [attempt] to take a picture of the other rides...
Then once we got through the gate, I had a picture balooza.
And then my hat that I will soon buy when I get enough for it...
I took a peek around the corner and WHAM! This huge beautiful fountain comes into view:
Ok guys. The closest you'll ever come to seeing me:
My cousin wanted a stroller just to sit in it.
We decided to get a FlashPass. Now these little devils are torture but once you buy them they're heaven. We had to stay and watch a video on the FlashPass, and when we went to buy one they told us we needed a picture ID. So we ran halfway across the park to get my ID card, which is about 5 years old. Then we ran back, only to find out that they only accept drivers liscences. So my mom came to give them hers, complaining like heck. And may I remind you, my cousin and I attempted to use our money to pay for it, but my mom paid for us. I think she did that to give her another reason to complain. So we go to El Toro and scan our FlashPasses for a time to come back. By the way when we were there I got a good picture of the sign:
Bootiful. So while we wait for the hour to pass, we went on Skull Mountain. That wasn't that bad. After Skull Mountain, the wait had eaten up most of the time, so we headed over to El Toro. While we were on line, the ride broke down. One of the cars was at the top and wasn't moving. So the employees were working on it. [[Btw;; there was a really cute employee[=
]] Ok;; so then they got the ride to work again, and we got on it. I don't think I've ever been more scared for my life [[At that moment....
]]. That thing goes straight down. Then it went up the hill and I swear it was so close to flying off the track. Then it did a twist on the side and I'm just frozen in my seat at this point. My cousin had no fear because she went on it like 7 times before[[***]]. && anyways I took a random picture of this cafe:
And so we went over to what was supposedly getting a FlashPass thing for Superman. My cousin put it in the wrong FlashPass slot and didn't realize it
. Then we got one for Kingda Ka [[DUNDUNDUUUN! I actually convinced my cousin to go on it]]. While we waited for Kingda Ka, we rode Medusa. That one had me by surprise. I didn't see some of the stuff that it threw at me XD. Then, after that, we had about 20 minutes until Kingda Ka, so we got on the parachuting ride. We did that a few times. Then, we were heading to Kingda Ka. We couldn't believe this. We were gonna ride it. We were gonna conquer it. We were gonna.... put our stuff in a locker first?
THEN. We got our FlashPass thing out and got on the quick line for it. A few rides before us, one of the cars broke down. Lemme tell you, that was the second most tense moment of the day. They got it fixed again and then we realized: we were next.
Oh carp.
We started to pull out of the station. We got on the launching track thing, and braced ourselves. Then we hear the intercom saying there is a slight delay. Everyone was like in a panic. All you can hear was "We're gonna die." "We're screwed." "OMG.". That took #1 on the most tense moment of the day. Then they fixed it. Man, I cannot tell you how awesome that ride is. All the force that's on the car makes it shake so you can't see whats going on until you get to the peak. Then, you slowly, S-L-O-W-L-Y decline down the hill and pick up a lot more speed through the twist on the drop. The the rest of the ride is pretty much smooth sailing compared to the takeoff. When I got off I screamed at the top of my lungs. That's how much fun it was. Then my grandma got irritated at the lateness and we slipped on one last ride: Superman. That was really freaky for me for 2 reasons: 1, I saw someone on the ride who looked JUST like my crush, and he was looking RIGHT at me. And 2, I was so afraid the harnest was going to just break off and I'd go crashing to the ground. But I was happy that I rode it. But after I got off it and got some popcorn, everyone was like, mad at me for keeping my grandma out "so late". It was like, what, 10:00? Yeah I understand my grandma is aging, but now every single problem in this house seems to lead up to "Oh well if you hadn't pulled off your little disappearing act last night..." Ok well it isn't my fault we had no time to call you and tell you we were going on a ride;; our FlashPass has a time limit... Anyways;; Then we got some popcorn and headed home.[=
Sorry that was a really bad trip wrap-up;; I'm new at this stuff[=.
