Six Days Left

We are counting down the days now. Only 6 left until we go to "Mickey's house". My brother, who is mentally retarded, knows WDW as Mickey's house. That is fine with me!!! No better way to spend a vacation than with Mickey. We are staying at OKW. Anyone else going between May 11 and May 17? We are then off to VB for a couple to days. It will be our first time since we added on there. We haven't even left yet and we have already planned next March's vacation. Boy, is DVC great!!! Will let you know how it goes when we get back. Thanks for all the info a long the way, it really helps when planning a vacation.

Merilyn - I know how excited you must be to be so close to your departure date! You will love VB, and it should be especially nice at this time of year. Are y'all flying or driving? I have never driven down, but I am considering it for my June trip. If you are driving, what route do you take from Memphis?

Yes I too would like to hear about Vero....we're going for Thanksgiving. I'm actually insane...it's midnight here in NY and I hve to get up at 4:30 for my flight down to OKW in the AM!!! I am so excited to go....alone with DH. Today was my twins communion; exhausted, yes I AM! Just what the DR. ordered; three nights at Disney. Trip report to follow.

We'll be at OKW the 12th - 17th! We are staying 2 nights off-site, so we will be leaving in just 4 days!

I am a twin also. My twin lives with me and our brother. It is a special bond to have a twin.
We usually fly now, but we used to drive. We talk Hwy 78 to Birmingham, AL and then down to Montgomery and Dothan, AL. We then take a 4 lane down to I10. It takes about 15 hours going for several stops. It is just to long now to drive it. We usually stop for the night just inside Fl and get into OKW by 11 or so.
