Hello! We went in May and I didn’t like not being able to sit for a quick break without mobile order at quick service restaraunts in MK.
We are going back in August. Does anyone know if its still set up that way?
YesDo you mean sit w/o ordering anything?
One of the few changes I'm happy about. Always hated wandering around looking for a table with a full tray of food while people were just sitting there not eating.
What restaurant was this?We did not have tables available when our order was up when we went in May so agree to disagree on that one. Haha
We were there in April and every QS lunch, we were able to find a table easily once we got our food. The staff would not let anyone in until you showed the message on your phone that your food was ready. We did not have tables available when our order was up when we went in May so agree to disagree on that one. Haha
Not only cannot you not sit w/o ordering anything, you cannot sit until you actually have your food. One of the best things about mobile order IMO....always a table available for those who want to eat.
As others have said, there are plenty of non restaurant locations to sit and take a break without taking up a table for those who are trying to eat.

I looked back at the responses and don't see any "shaming" in the replies. We were there in May. Yes, heaven forbid we wanted to sit in AC for a few minutes on a 95 degree day. My mother is up there in age and a recent cancer survivor….when she was overheated and needed to sit no cast members would let us in. We had a mobile order but it was too far out.
This is my first time posting on here and I am kind of surprised at the level of “shaming” for asking a simple question. Lesson learned on coming here for advice.

Even pre-pandemic, there were times that Pecos Bill will not allow you to sit before your food was ready.
When I was getting overly warm a quick trip to the restrooms for AC and a cool splash of water helped. Ice water is your friend. We were there in May.
