Sitting outside at WPC?

I've read that Wolfgang Puck Cafe can be very noisy, but I think I also read somewhere that you can sit outside. If that's true, can someone tell me where they seat you (ie. front - right on main West Side street, yuk.... or behind the restaurant) and if in the beginning of September sitting outside at 8:30pm is even a good idea (bugs, etc.).

There are 2 outside seating areas. One is along the side of the restaurant (across from the side of Bongo's) and the other is out back, next to the walkway on the edge of the lake (across from Saratoga Springs).

Sept is very hot, but by 8:30 it should be getting dark enough the temp might not be too bad. I never see bugs out there, so I wouldn't worry about that.
