I never recieved PIN offers before but now have gotten the last few. Here is what I did. Every trip you receive a survey and at the end there is a place you can send comments. Well I gave it to them. I wrote them a break up letter. Explained I understood codes were random but why did my coworker recieve every single one but I recieved none. listed our visit history and pointed out we were not rewarded for our loyalty. I recieved a response within a week or two, you know the one, the PIN codes are random an we hope to see you soon. Well I saved that email sender and when we booked a cruise through a line we had cruised before with a loyalty discount I emailed that person. I let them know how mch I spent on my vacation, told them I was sorry they were having to cut cast members and that their numbers were down. I have recieved PIN codes since then with the latest coming yesterday. I think this is related to my emails for sure. The bad news, I still don't have a trip planned as i would like to do some things around the house. Disney is calling my name though-I know they miss me.
