Site that lets you view hotels with flexible dates?

I'm planning a trip for any time in September through early November, and I think my BF would like the Swan and Dolphin a lot. When I check the site, they seem pretty full throughout this period of time.

Does anyone know a site that lets you view a calendar with available rooms at a hotel by date, rather than having to keep trying different periods of time to see if one is free?

Also, is there any time between September 15 and November 10 when the crowds would be a bit lower (or a period I should avoid because the crowds would be higher)?

Thanks!

There are conferences scheduled for most of that time period, including GG Symposium/ITxpo. The Swan and Dolphin will be almost completely blocked out, until the deadline for making reservations for the conference(s). So what appears full may or may not be.

Regardless, no hotel will make expected inventory levels available to the public.

I had thought so as well, but couldn't find any way of doing that on Orbitz for hotels. They do allow you to search for available flights, one day prior or one day after the dates you entered, but I couldn't find a way to do even just that for hotels.

Speaking of flexible travel dates, we may need a same-day reservation if we change our driving plans to Orlando.

Do you thing it would be possible to get a 1 night stay at any of the values for next weekend? We wouldn't make the reservation until *that* morning, though. Are there generally a couple of openings? Is there any chance we'd get AAA rate?
