So I finally convince my husband to sit down with me and plan out some ADR's. We have our four that we want and a few back up at each spot for the just in cases. I get out my laptop, and go to the site and find an open reservation for Le Cellier which is our number one for Epcot, select our time, and then the site malfunctions. Anyone else having problems?

It's an absolute mess since the change-over to the new design. I've got a room-only reservation that I can't re-link (can't get it past the address confirmation page) and can't do online check-in (though the CM on the phone said that it should be up tomorrow.)

Which, by the way - end-users need to re-link their own reservations? What the wha? Someone didn't think too hard about their migration planning...(said the IT project manager, shaking her head). If it had been on my watch for a customer, I would have gotten figuratively knocked upside the head by my management. Who plans a MAJOR customer-facing release at the absolute busiest time of the year?

Exactly...I work for the National weather Service IT Department for their major data center...we would be shot if we made a change during hurricane season.

The same thing just happened to me again this morning. I found a time I had been searching for, clicked on it, logged in, and they sent me back to the start page!!! And now I can not find that time slot again!

Soooo Aggravating :badpc: :badpc: :badpc: :badpc:

This part is bane of my existance right now. I can't get my ADRs to re-link. It looks like it is going through and then disappears again. Making ADRs has been a royal pain too. I hope it works soon.

On the other hand, I do like the fact that you can create a profile for easier booking though...when it works. Seems like the overall change is a good thing, but there's just too many bugs right now.

I can't make any ADR's either for my June Trip. :( I tried at 6am this morning, and just now. So frustrating! My thoughts excatly, why now when it is the busiest time of the year? I hope they are reading this.

I was finally able to get my remaining four reservations done. It took about two hours throughout the last few days, but I was able to do it online one ADR at a time. I would go for the second and it would mess up again. I hope you all finally get through!!! Pixie Dust for the weekend!!
