Sip and Savor Passes - SOLD OUT!

Where can I find the Sip and Savor passes for the Food & Wine Festival at DCA? I just heard from someone that they only have 300/day and sell out quickly!

Edited to add that they sold out yesterday (3/25) and haven’t gotten any more in yet.

They have them in the camera shop at the start of Buena Vista St right after you enter the park. I’m not sure of the other locations.

I haven’t bought one so I don’t know how quickly they are selling.

They are also for sale next to Soundstage 17, where the F&W Festival merchandise is sold. We bought ours in the evening yesterday -- the CMs didn't say anything about selling out -- there seemed to be plenty. But, of course, the sooner you get yours, the sooner you can start using it!

Soundstage 17 has a whole AP area where they are selling them. We weren’t told anything about them possibly selling out when we were there opening weekend.

They also have at the F&W merchandise kiosks opposite the entrance to Carsland. The CMs there didn't mention that they had a daily limit and they seemed to always have a lot of them in stock whenever I walked by.

They are for sale at most locations that carry F&W merchandise. We bought ours at the kiosk over by the food truck thing in Hollywood Land.

Thank you, everyone! I think the person in line this morning that told me they sold out very quickly freaked me out a little bit. I had never heard that they sold out before, either. Maybe the person who told us this tried to buy from a kiosk with limited supplies? Who knows!

I really doubt that they sell out. We bought ours late in the day on a Sunday that was packed with people doing Food and Wine (20-30 minute waits at the booths), and they still had them at the little cart over by the Sonoma Terrace. Maybe one particular location may run out, but they're all over the place...

Lower-level APs are blocked out this week, anyway, so I can't imagine there's that much of a run on AP-specific merchandise.

Apparently they sold out yesterday and they haven’t gotten any more in. They are “hopeful” they might get more tomorrow.

Wow, that surprised me! They seemed to have plenty of them on Friday; I guess the weekend crowds do make a difference. Hope they get more in for everyone that is going this week and through the end of the festival!

Why are they so popular? I thought the dollar savings at the food booths wasn’t really worth the hassle, you can’t get alcohol... maybe the pins really collectible/fun?

The savings is there now. It wasn’t the first year they brought back food and wine but now most items are priced that you save money overall with this pass.

The lanyard is $45 (I’m pretty sure?) for 8 items. Most of the foods are around $7, so depending on what you get, you save a bit. Plus not needing to pull your wallet out at each stand is nice.

Question about the sip and savor pass. Can you use them at different times? Like if you buy them one day, but don’t use all of them, can you continue to use that same one on a different day?
