Sinus Headaches - Describe what they feel like to you

When I get them it feels like an elephant is standing on my face. I have a sinus mask that I can heat up in the microwave. It works great.

today my head felt like it was in a vice. Such pain and pressure.
Migraines are better for me because I get less of them and shorter duration.
