Sink Hole at Summer Bay Resort Near Disney World

Even though this is not a Disney resort I thought it was important to post in case anyone was staying there in the near future and I didn't see it posted yet:

Always wondered if Disney ever had sink holes? If so any in the parks?

Oops, just posted my response on the other thread.

Here's what I said:

How awful. Those poor people must have been terrified.

Kind of strange that they felt compelled to mention Disney. It was 10 miles west of Orlando

As I understand it, these sink holes happen all over FL. So it might as easily happen down the block from Universal or Sea World or Legoland, or pretty much anywhere else.

But we know that the word "Disney" in a headline will up readership.
