Single Rider vs Parent Swap?

If there is a single rider line would this be better than doing the parent swap? We have never done parent swap and only the single rider a couple of times. Thanks for your input!

If you can do parent swap along with a fastpass, you will get on quickly with the older child while the other parent waits in a designated area with the younger child. Then the other parent immediately gets on with the older child (again) by going back through the exit. It's a really great deal for the older child, since they get to ride twice.
