This is probably a silly question, but can you book a DCL cruise with single occupancy with DVC points? Some of the places list as "points based on double occupancy" but the DCL points do not list that way!

I would guess the opposite if that 600 is for one person. Single occupancy costs MORE than one person as part of double occupancy. I don't know if it is 150% or 175% but it would be something like that. If the 600 is for two people, then the 450 for one sounds about right to me.
As is typical in the cruise industry, booking a stateroom as a single means you will pay for almost two people. If necessary, then there is not much choice. I would try to find a friend or relative that may want to travel though to save on the cost of the trip. Good luck!
