Seems like it has taken until forever to get here! One week from Super Bowl Sunday and I will be snuggled into my OKW villa resting up for an assault on the MK Monday morning!DH and I are treating DF to her first WDW trip - she's 62 and a rookie! I can hardly wait to see her reaction! 3 days/nites park hopping, a day touring resorts and a day at Old Town, Celebration and the MouseSurplus store!
The drive home will feature an overnite in HHI resort - DF has never been to Hilton Head either. Stopover will feature a visit to Signe's to stock up on some goodies for us and to fill some orders for the folks left at home! Where to go for dinner is still a decision waiting to be made - am weary of so many restaurants there - can anyone suggest a "down home" comfort food kind of place?
A Sunday stop at JRs for DH's cigars [and who knows what else] and it will be back on the road and home to N.J. after an overnite to visit my niece at East Carolina Univ in Greenville, N.C.! Sounds like a great trip! Can't wait to get it started! Wish me luck making it through the week at work! 20 months or 9 more vacations after this one and I will be retired!
