We've decided to go to Florida 2 weeks from today. We want to just visit 2 parks, 2 days(1 park each day). We would just need single day tickets and I was hoping to buy them before we get there. Is that possible? Or do we have to just buy them at the gate? Is there any cheaper way to get single day tickets? We won't be staying on property. Thanks so much. By the way, is typhoon lagoon open right now or is it being refurbished?

Unfortunately you cant buy 1 day tickets ahead of time and by the time you go the new prices will be in effect too..

Do you know what prices I'm looking at? I need 3 kids tickets... 1 day at Epcot and 1 day at Disney. So I guess 6 single day tickets. So there is no where to buy them except at gate? Can I buy at a Disney resort ahead of time or at Downtown disney, so I don't have to wait in line at the park? thanks for responding...definetly disappointed I can't get any kind of deal on tickets. :(

You said 1 day at EPCOT and 1 day at Disney????? :confused3 Do you mean 1 day at MK, because Disney is ALL of the parks...restaurants, resorts, downtown, pleasure island included.

AAA does not sell single day tickets. I believe with the new MYW tickets, you will be able to buy 1 day passes ahead of times. But with this system advance purchase tickets are either 4 day park hoppers, or length-of-stay tickets (except those websites that sell 3 day tickets.

I was told that single day tickets purchased between December 1 '04 and January 2 '05 all expire on Jan. 8 '05.

Does not make sense since some people buy them from the ticket booth on the way out and home for Christmas stocking stuffers, but, what can I say?

I would simply buy tickets at the ticket booth when I get there. One fewer thing to forget or not arrive on the mail by the time you leave for the airport.

Last trip: Jan. '05, Pop Century

Oh alright then, I guess I'll just have to wait until I get there. I'm just too excited, I want to hold them now!! Yes, I was talking about Magic Kingdom...how embarassing  1 day at MK and 1 day at Epcot. Thanks for the help!!
