Single Day Planning Sheets?

So we are going for 6 park days in May, and my family wants itinerary sheets (1 for each day) to lay out the fastpasses, meals, etc.

I do like to create my own, but does anyone at least have some basic layouts that have worked well? I can then build my own, jazz it up a bit, but wanted to see.

MDE will let you print daily sheets from the itinerary section. Does that work for you?

I write our ADR's and park hours on 3" by 5" index cards
Take one card per day in my fanny pack.
Now with the new FP+ system - I will also add that info
