Yes - they mingle around quite a bit. They turned out to be our easiest "meet and greet" opportunity this past trip.

We make a point to go at least two nights.
Chip and Dale split up so they cover the entire crowd. My daughter is a die hard fan of chip and dale. We have had to go back an additional night becausr they cannot cover the entire crowd on busy nights
