We own at both BW and Okw. and were thinking of adding on at the WLV. We stayed at the Wilderness lodge a couple of times and really enjoyed it. There was one time when the kids were off from school, we noticed the pool got pretty crowded. I wanted to know from anyone who has stayed at the WL before and after they added the Villa side, if the addition of the villas affected the pool area too much? Thanks for any info, you could provide.

I was at the WL on Feb. 11- 14 and the pool was great. Did not try out the villa pool since we were not a member yet and my son liked the big pools water slide. It wasn't crowded at all and the weather was good swim weather. Also Presidents holiday. We enjoyed the pool as much as we did the MK. And the WL is beautiful. It was one of the reasons we decided the join the DVC. It's a nice change from the parks but still has something to entertain a 5 year old.

We were just there this past Thursday. Taking a look, considering buying in. The pool was packed, but you have to consider the Spring Break crowd. I found the parks awfully crowded also. We did E-ticket night last Tuesday and I found it very crowded. We waited 20 minutes for the Astro ride.

We stayed at the Lodge 2/14-20. We only spent one afternoon poolside, but there were no chairs so we had to sit on the beach. It wasn't too bad, just very sandy. I would have preferred being near the pool.
