This October will be my last trip to Orlando for a good few years and I have to say I'm absolutely gutted the Simpsons ride won't be ready in time for me to see it :sad1:

We're touring South America next summer and our flight goes through Miami, so I just might have to convince my fellow travellers that stopping in Orlando for a few days is a very good idea :cool2:

(How long does it take to drive from Miami to Orlando anyway?)

maggie being the same height as lisa screws that whole thing up for me

About 3.5 to 4 hours.:thumbsup2

Homer's muzzle is too dark. Bart is too tall and his head is too big. They could get a lot closer than this! This looks like a fair Halloween costume.

I have a feeling though, that they meant for the costumed version of the simpsons to look so crappy. I'm sure they could make them more authentic looking if they wanted.

It might be. I think this was just for promotional purposes when the deal was announced. I agree that the costumes should be able to be extremely similar to the actual characters and that is what we will probably see.

Hoo-ray:dance3:  didn't show my resident fan-atic (DS) due to the weird look of the 1st one...glad they got it right.:thumbsup2

OT - anyone ever go to the wax museum on Clifton Hill @ Niagra Falls, CN? They've got the coolest set up at the end where you can sit on the Simpson's couch with them & take pics.
