Simple question on banking

I have never banked points before so I am just looking for confirmation I have it correct....... I have tried google but it seems so confusing.

Have BLT 150pts Use Year April
Banked 37 points from April 2019 so my DVC page shows for April 2020 187 of 150 points (haven't borrowed any from 2020 year). April 2021 and 2022 also say "150 of 150 points".

My 187 points that I will get in April 2020, I have to use them by Mach 31, 2021 correct? I can't rebank all 187 as you can only bank one year?

You can't bank the 37 2019 points again, but you can still bank the 150 2020 points if you need to.

if you’re not able to use your 37 2019 pts, you could consider renting them out through a reputable company like David’s Vacation Club Rentals... that way you wouldn’t “lose” them and you could offset some of your maintenance fees. Then, you can book all 150 pts from 2020, to use later!
