I unfortunately have a lot food sensitivity and stomach issues and was wondering if anyone can suggest some very simple food/meals that are at quick services? Things that are not fried or have a ton of ingredients. Especially in the parks. Disney springs is pretty good for finding things but don’t plan on going there a lot. Anything new for me to look into is appreciated. Thanks

I understand completely - Disney is obsessed with fried food. 😕
I’ve had good luck finding stuff I can eat at Sunshine Seasons in The Land Pavilion @ Epcot (when it’s actually open). And sometimes I just play it safe and go to the QS in the Japan Pavilion for plain old white rice.

You may wanna bring your own snacks in this case… you’re gonna be sorely as disappointed as Sadness to find a lot of food with new, complex flavors.

Catalina Eddie has QS salads at HS. Smoked Turkey legs are available at all parks but I can only recall buying at Tortuga Inn at MK.
I’d check the menus at AK for Mr Harambe’s and a few other spots I don’t recall the names of.
HTH.

Define simple? Every quick-serve restaurant offers a kids' menu with basic options or something plain on the main menu for adults. My family dislikes anything with strong flavors or anything that's not plain, so there’s always plenty of non-fried, plain choices available.

Seeing the Op mention tons of food sensitivities, I'd assume the Op is looking for foods made with few to single ingredients - aka fresh fruit, plain steak or chicken or pork, plain white rice, plain baked potato, steamed single vegetables (or raw carrots), etc.

Minimal ingredients and not covered in sauce. I definitely will be eating the kids menu but was hoping to find more options since it’s a 8 night trip. It is hard to find things in the parks and just looking for other suggestions I have not found myself.

Along with the plain rice, the kids menu at Columbia harbour house has grilled shrimp and grilled salmon. They also have greens beans there that are not sauced or heavily buttered or anything.
A lot of the places has “kids check meals” that tend to be a healthy/plain-ish.

We don't tend to eat counter service, so I don't have a ton of suggestions. But my daughter is picky and she will sometimes order something on the adults menu but without the seasoning or sauce. She doesn't like kids meal options (she hates chicken tenders) so she'll occasionally order a steak but without any sauce on it....she did that at Skipper Canteen.
