Just to reassure you, I joined Simple Escapes to order my parents park hoppers and some vouchers before our last trip. I joined through a rewards program too so I would get those points. I ordered my stuff the day I joined. I also requested the certificate for the $25 KMart gift card. I got the vouchers right away but the park hoppers didn't arrive in time (I ordered them with only 7 business days before we left, their policy guarantees 7-10 business days. They were probably slower b/c it was during Christmas too so the mail was slower). When we got back from the trip I had the KMart card and the passes waiting for me. I returned the passes following their instructions and got my refund with no hassles. I cancelled the same day I got the refund and wasn't charged for anything else. It took about 5 minutes on the phone to cancel b/c they offer you things to get you to stay but they did cancel it and did not charge me the next month. My experience was pretty good with them. I was holding my breath waiting for the refund on the passes and then again to be sure they cancelled but everything went fine.
