Discovery Cove Lazy River

Last time we were at DC the full lazy river wasn't open due to staffing issues! It was so disappointing! Has anyone had this issue? We are spending a day there the end of February during our trip and really hope this is not the case.

Last rime we went it was closed for the first half of the day for the same reason. Luckily for us, they opened it around lunchtime and it stayed open after that.
