Going to WDW with my 4 yo and meeting up with my BIL and SIL with their 6 yo daughter. Hoping to get a good rate at AKL next week and expect we will want to utilize Simba's Club for a couple of nights of our trip.

What did you think of Simba's Club?

We used Simba's Clubhouse about a year or so ago for my DD and she LOVED it there!!! We were going to dinner at BOMA's and I wasn't sure if she would like the food or not. She had been asking to go to one of the clubhouses, so we tried it!

There weren't that many kids there that night - and Allison got to pick what she wanted for dinner (she picked hotdog, ff, and chocolate milk). Her favorite thing to do there was color with the markers! There were games to play, and a TV with Disney movie on. The kids looked like they were having a great time - my DD really had a great time!

This past October, we tried the one at Wilderness Lodge, and again, she really had a nice time!

Enjoy!!

My girls went to simbas one night a year or so ago - they would have been about 6 and 8 at the time and they liked it alot, enough so that they asked to go back!

They had a nice dinner, did some crafts and painting and played games. When we arrived about 9:30 ish they were playing a board game with a few other girls and a CM. Some of the older kids were playing video games and there was a movie on with mat's and pillows for the younger kids to relax.

I would use it - and any of the other WDW kids clubs again, JMHO.

My three kids like it too - about 2 years ago. I wouldn't hesitate to use it again.

Thanks all. I hear everyone rave about Neverland but not too much about Simba's. I don't want to have to go way out of my way to a kid's club if I don't have to. Once we have our reservations secured, I will make reservations for Simba's. Thanks

We travel up to WDW very often. Each trip, our daughter likes to have a night at a club. While Neverland is clearly her favorite, Simba's ranks number 2. It is nice and large and has much to do. The window out to the savanna is a nice touch as well.

For the record, the Mouseketeer Club at the Grand Floridian is her least favorite. It's a tiny little room with a table down the middle that consumes most of the space. She didn't enjoy it at all.

Simba's Club was the highlight of our daughter's trip. She was four and enjoyed the time with other kids. However, she was in pre-school and separation anxiety was not an issue . . . at least for her. We were nervous leaving her and just went up for dinner at Jiko. They gave us a beeper, which they never used.

We may just schedule it again next week--for her enjoyment, not our convenience.
