Silver Status - New Dates Not Showing

I can't even get the phone to ring, I just get a weird busy signal. It's very frustrating to not be able to use the membership benefits that DCL promotes.
 
Sad to hear this. Silver is always the busiest booking day.
 

I appreciate the info but neither link will work for me. I can only reserve through Sept 2021. Seems like I had the same issue when I booked last year. Will continue to try to get someone on the phone. Maybe that will be easier later this afternoon.

Try one more thing as well.

Go to your castaway profile:
https://disneycruise.disney.go.com/castaway-club/
Then down the page there is a link Fall 2021

Otherwise thats what I did, sorry if you are locked out.
 
I had this problem yesterday as a gold member. I had to log out and log in again with an incognito window on my browser.
 
Thanks for everyone's suggestions but none will work. At least I'm finally in the queue to speak with a CM by phone.

Wasn't too bad. I was on hold for about 1 hour 30 minutes. The CM I spoke with said numerous people he had spoken with today were not able to log onto the DCL website to book.
