Silver Status - New Dates Not Showing

No problems here. No pop up, though. I just went into the site the normal way "book a cruise". It asked me to sign in and I selected the months I wanted (after I deselected the ones I don't).
 
Dates still not working for me. I tried so many things. I’m logged in, I’m showing as Silver... same old spring 2021 dates.

I tried a different computer, different browsers, I physically drove to a different city on a different WiFi... I shut down the computers, deleted history, logged out and back in ...Nothing. So bummed.

Me too. Still. Have tried multiple computers, phones, browsers, iPhones, iPads, networks. Nothing.
 
When you sign in to your account, do you see a banner at the top saying “Welcome back, ______. As a silver/Gold/Platinum member you can now book”.

You don’t need to click on that but if you see it, just go to the dates 2021-May, June, July, August, September , and they should appear.

Sorry you’re having such troubles - so frustrating.
 

No I do not see that. I just see "Welcome, ____" (with my name). If I go the CC (Castaway Cay) member page to confirm my silver status, there is a link to book the Summer 2021 itineraries. Clicking on that link still doesn't display anything past May 2021. Quite frustrating.

When you go here: disneycruise.disney.go.com/profile/affiliations/edit/ ... does it show your CC member #? If not, then the Disney account you are signed in with is not linked to your CC # so you'll have to call and get them to link it.

I had a problem in the past since my account at CC info was different. One had my middle name and one didn't. If even one thing is off it won't link. Does that make sense?
 
As I mentioned in my previous post, I had trouble yesterday for the first couple of hours I tried. You must be terribly frustrated. I guess you will have to call in. Press the technical help button.....not new reservation. Maybe it will be quicker.

My DCL acct does not have my middle name but my Cc acct does and mine worked so maybe that’s not it either. 🤷‍♀️
 
After trying from various devices & different browsers I've given up. It's so frustrating!
 
I ended up having to call to book. Somehow my birthday was incorrect in the disney system but correct for my CC act. so it wasn't allowing it to show them online.
 
7:36pm ET and still not seeing anything online. What is the perk of being a Castaway Club member if we can't use the benefits? Tried calling and lines were disconnected. So I guess I'll just have to go online tomorrow when it's available for everyone.
 
I was on the help line and the agent said there is a global issue they are dealing with. Many customers are having the same problem. She tried resetting my account etc. but in the end told me the only option is to call and book. She said she’d even put something on hold for me but I didn’t have everyone’s information and I really need to compare prices etc. so I guess I’ll just wait until tomorrow. :(

So sorry this happened to you as well as others today. It is so frustrating. I guess one last option is to go in toeach account and see if all info is correct. I can’t understand why some of us can get in and others can’t. Wish I could spread some magic and make it happen for you.
 
Not working for me either. And the phone just rings and rings when you call the DCL castaway club number.
