Silver Status - New Dates Not Showing

Hi - can someone help me? Do I need to look in a different area of the website? I logged in several times, tried a couple of different browsers, confirmed my Castaway # is in and I'm Silver status, etc... but I can't find the new dates/prices. They certainly aren't showing in the dates dropdown - and I'm definitely logged in. I went through the Castaway Club page where it said to click to book the new itineraries... nothing! What am I doing wrong? It was 8am ET today for Silver, isn't it?

It works for me. I have a dark blue pop up with the link to the new dates. Between the menu and the search options.

It is working for me on chrome! So sorry, I am sure that might be a bit frustrating.

Chrome as well, when I log in, without going to the CC page, I get a dark blue pop up on the homepage.

I was having a weird login loop until I cleared my browsing history, maybe that would help.

I tried 3 different browsers, including chrome... tried my phone and everything. No pop up, no new dates.

DCL just doesn't love me! : (

No DCL love here either yet. I tried clearing cache as well. 2 different computers, 2 iPhones, all the browsers!

Go to the DCL website, sign in at the top and you should be able to see them all. No pop up.

I logged in on Chrome and it worked fine for me. I didn't have to click on a pop up or anything, I just did the standard search and the dates were there to select.

Don’t give up. Try shutting your computer down and restarting. I had trouble yesterday but it finally worked. It may just be something to do with the numbers of people trying to get through.
