Silver Plan - How far in advance can I make preferred viewing reservations

I am doing the Silver Plan and have the option of preferred viewing for the Jammin Jungle Parade, Illuminations, and Wishes. I found out that I have to call WDW-TOURS to get the vouchers. Does anyone know how far in advance I can call?

It's 45 days for Mickey's Jammin' Jungle Parade and Illuminations and 10 days for WISHES.

Out TA should be making our WISHES reservation today!

Never had preferred viewing before,. Where in the parks are they. Are roped off areas.

Phabric - yes, preferred viewing is in the roped off areas in MK AK, and Epcot, from what I've read. (I haven't actually seen it). I'm not sure where in the parks, I think maybe on Main Street in MK and by the Tree of Life in AK.
