Silver plan/Fantasmic Dinner Package

Does anyone know if you can use a wish for the Fantasmic Dinner Package?

I also have the Silver Plan and would like to do the Fantasmic dinner Package. Would I just book it like I normally would and tell them at Brown Derby that we have the Silver Plan or is there another procedure?

Isn't the package charged ahead of time? So I guess I'm with Susan and not really sure how it works.
