Silver Passports on Sale !!!!!!

I just logged onto the SW web site to check ticket prices. At Christmas they ran a special where if you bought 3 or more silver passports (basically an annual pass) you get them for less than $80 a piece. Kept hoping they would run it again and they are. It is good through July 31, 2005. We are going 3 or 4 times in the next year, so this saves us about $60. Yea!!!!!

No, you don't already have to be a passport holder. You just have to buy them in "packs" of 3, 4, or 5. You can't get the discount by purchasing only one passport. We are a family of 4 so we buy a "family four pack". It comes out to $299 and some change plus tax. That is a big savings because normally they are $95 a piece. These are good for 365 days and have free parking.

It seems to have disappeared. I'm not sure why. The offer I saw said good till July 31, 2005, but now it's not on the web site. I'm going to try to find out what happened. I'll let you know if I find out anything.

I finally got through on the 800 numbers. The silver passports are still on sale! The internet part is not working. You can call them (prepare for a 15 minute wait or longer) or you can wait for them to fix the internet problem. A pack of 4 is $299 + tax, a savings of $20 a ticket. Sorry it took me a while to get the scoop. If you buy them on the phone you can ship them for $4.95 regular mail, or fedex $9.95.

I wonder if they have a pack price on the Seaworld/Busch Gardens Silver Passport as this is one I really want or even the Gold Passport

They are active for 1 year from first use

There is something on the website that says they must be activated within 3 months, but they do not enforce this as I activated mine in 2003 9 months after I bought it.
