Silver Lake Question

My friends are staying @ Silver Lake at the end of April. Their family has timeshares, and so they have made a reservation here at Silver Lake and I assume they are not buying points or anything.

However, they have never gone here before, what do I need to tell them to help them get the best room. It is a family of four with grandparents going. I read something about rooms where you have to walk up the stairs. Any thoughts and/or suggestions would be great. Thanks!

Have them call a week ahead of time and let the resort know their concerns. Five of the buildings are three story walkups. Some have two bedrooms with king beds in each, others offer two beds in the second bedroom. Building 4 backs up to a busy road and I always try to avoid it.

Check in early so other units are available if they don't like the first one they are given.

What size unit did they get?
