Does anyone know if you have to use your wishes during the dates that you are staying on property? For example, we are staying part of our stay on property and part off -- could we use our wishes during off-property days? Are they just certificates?

Also, since DD is only 3, could DS and DH use some of her wishes if we weren't going to get to use them?

These are not certificates they are encoded into your room card key. I don't believe these are available if you stay offsite.

You can only use them during the time period of your package.

The "points"are calculated based on the number of nights you are staying at a WDW resort. The passes are UPHP-length of stay passes.
